Timothy A. Sullivan
United States Army Veteran

LOWELL Timothy A. Sullivan, 92, of Tewskbury, passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Lowell General Hospital. He was the husband of the late Alice L. (Beati) Sullivan who passed away in 2005 after forty-two years of marriage.
Born May 27, 1921, in Lowell, he was a son of the late Cornelius F. Sullivan, and the late Nora M. (Lyons) Sullivan, attended Sacred Heart School, graduated from Lowell High School, and went on to study at the Bradshaw Business School.
Mr. Sullivan served his country with the United States Army in Panama during World War II.
He resided in Tewksbury for over 50 years, and was a communicant of St. Robert Bellarmine Church in Andover. He was employed as a civilian administrator at Hanscom Airforce Base for over 30 years. Timothy enjoyed gardening, cooking, reading history books, visiting his family, and taking day trips with his wife. He was a devoted and loving husband to Alice, whom he took care of until she passed away in 2005.
He is survived by his nieces and nephews, Karen Follett, Mary Pyne, Peggy Sullivan, Christina Martin, Susan Wilson, Paul Wilson, Mark Beati, Todd Beati, Phillip Beati, David Beati, Lisa Beati-Lake, and Stephen Beati; many grand nieces and grand nephews; and a sister-in-law, Ann Sullivan.
He was also the brother of the late Paul J. Sullivan, John F. Sullivan, Anna T. Sullivan, and Joseph F. Sullivan.
