Sharon L. O’Brien

LOWELL Sharon L. (Graham) O’Brien, 61, of Lowell, died unexpectedly, Tuesday, November 15, 2011, at her home. She was the widow of the late Michael O’Brien who died in 2009.

A daughter of the late Edmund T. and the late Florence M. (Arthur) Graham, she was born April 3, 1950, in Lowell, and was educated in the local schools, graduating from Lowell Trade School, Class of 1968.

She made her lifelong home in Lowell, and worked for the former Wang Laboratories for many years, before more recently working in the kitchen at Tewksbury State Hospital until her retirement. She enjoyed crafts, the beach, shopping, singing and dancing, and especially enjoyed her cat "Baby" for sixteen years before it passed away earlier this year.

She is survived by her sisters, Gail Sevigny and her husband, Bernard, of Hudson, NH, and Debbie J. Gordon of Lowell; her brother, Edmund Graham and his wife, Melissa, of Tyngsboro; her niece, Renae Sevigny and Jeff Knobel of Hudson, NH; her nephews, Todd Sevigny and his wife, Michelle, of Pelham, NH, Kyle R. Gordon and his wife, Michelle, of Ayer, Cody Graham of Tyngsboro, and Connor Graham of Tyngsboro; her grand nephews, Jake Sevigny, Brett Sevigny, Sy Knobel, and Aiden Gordon; her aunts, Rose Michaels of Natick, Barbara Graham of Lowell, and Yvette Graham of Merrimack, NH; her best friend for years, Eddie Shea of Lowell; and many cousins, including her special cousin, Rosemary St. Pierre of Westford, and many friends.
