LOWELL Pamela L. ‘Pam’ Hand, 39, of Lowell, died unexpectedly, Wednesday, April 21, 2010. She was a daughter of Frederick W. Hand Jr. and Constance (Bastille) Hand of Lowell.
Born July 27, 1970, in Lowell, she was educated in the local schools, and was a lifelong Lowell resident.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her three children, her oldest daughter, Nicole Hand, and her two babies Thomas, and Savannah all of Lowell; her sisters, Cheryl Judd and her husband, Donald, of Lowell and Sandra Keach of Anderson, IN; her brother, Frederick Hand and his wife, Eleanor, of Evansville, IN; her step brother, Timothy Stimpson of Lowell; and her nieces, Kira Judd, Jessica Keach, Katelyn Keach, Laura Hand and Briana Stimpson.
