Constance ‘Connie’ Lovetere-Moran
LOWELL Constance ‘Connie’ (Brock) Lovetere-Moran, 74, of Ocala, Florida, formerly of Lowell, died Saturday, October 30, 2010, at the home of her daughter, after a long battle with cancer with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of Arthur D. Moran.
Born April 23, 1936, in Lowell, she was a daughter of the late Charles F. and the late Angeline (LaPorte) Brock. She was raised and educated in Lowell, attending Immaculate Conception Grammar School and Lowell High School.
She had made her home in Lowell until spending her winters for the past fourteen years in Florida, and her summers at Baboosic Lake in Amherst, New Hampshire. A loving mother she especially enjoyed spending time with her grand children and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed playing Dominos and cards, bird watching, television game shows, entering sweepstakes, and swimming.
Connie had worked as a deburrer for Raytheon Corporation for twenty four years before her retirement.
In addition to her husband, Arthur, she is survived by her children, Karen A. O’Brien of Bolton, Kathy M. Gallant of Lowell, Kevin R. Lovetere of Olean, NY, and Kimberley Manning and her husband, Barry, of Lowell; her eight grandchildren, Dennis Keefe and Chris Keefe of Panama City, FL, Courtney O’Brien and Sean O'Brien of Pepperell, Brendan Manning and Shauna Manning of Lowell, Ricky Gallant of Lowell and Justin Lovetere of Pawcatuck, CT; her eight great grandchildren, Brandon, Ryan, Emalee, Nicholas, and Jaida Keefe, and also Dustin and Cory Keefe and Garrett Hadley all of Panama City, FL; her two stepchildren, Darlene Jameson of Lewiston, ME, and Dominick Moran of Mattapan; her sisters, Anita Greenhalgh of Pelham, NH, June Southwick and her husband, Robert, of Wells, ME, and Dolores Olson of Ocala, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also a sister of the late Richard Brock, and wife of the late Raymond Lovetere.
